  • Exchange is done at the same billing value.

  • Valid only on our regular stock jewellery – exchange is not available for order-based or customised pieces.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and help you select the perfect replacement.

What We Don’t Offer

  • We do not provide cashback or refunds on any purchase.

  • Pricing is based on artistry and craftsmanship, not just gold weight, so each piece holds unique value.
