handcrafted or made-to-order jewellery.

We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners for order delivery. Courier partner selection is at our

discretion.

Estimated delivery timelines range between 5–14 business days depending on location, accessibility, and courier

operations. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Any changes in courier or fuel

charges may impact shipping fees.

6. Delivery Conditions

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate
